Have been using them for years, tens of thousands dollars and I can confirm: good customer service, attention to details. They found dead traces on the product that has been manufactured in 3 other facilities for 4 years and no one noticed them before. BOM discrepancies always highlighted and double checked with me. I love my rep Angell - we are talking thru the weekend and she stays up late - that makes time difference less noticeable. We had some issues in the process, no one is perfect, but overall I have not had anyone doing a better job and doing it consistently.
