ENERGIZED HEALTH has changed my life!! My wife and I did the 555 Challenge in Aug 2025 and several weeks later received a phone call that has radically changed my life! Thank you Lesa for calling to see what we thought of the challenge. As a result of that call we joined the Energized Health family and started the 102 day transformation journey. First of all this is not a diet and is not temporary. It is a mind shifting, body altering, health restoring protocol that is so simple and enjoyable but does require time, sacrifice and commitment!! I have lost 54 Ibs and gained hydration and muscle which means I have actually lost more than 54 Ibs. My biceps have increased by 6". l also increased my testosterone by over 200 and gone from size 42 pants to 34 and from XXL shirt to large. My energy, focus, memory and strength improved beyond what I ever expected. My A1C is now normal. My blood pressure and heart rate are healthy. After 25 years I am able to jog on a treadmill bc my knees no longer grind and hurt. I am very impressed with the excellence and professionalism from my coach to the coaching calls, daily videos, educational info, Q and A calls, the manual, and communication! Coach Kat is amazing! She always has the right words to say whether it was for encouragement or celebration!! She extended grace and patience when I needed it! Thank you Kat for walking with me on this journey!
