* I am updating this review following the unbelievable response from Duntery some 2 months after my original review! Not exactly helpful or good customer service. You received numerous emails from me so I imagine you know exactly who I am from my initials but regardless you, Maya were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I decided to go through the PayPal dispute service and despite them going in Duntery’s favour first off because I refused to pay to return the item based on the many negative reviews, Maya suggesting I lie about the value of the item for customs which is unlawful and the fact I refused to return without a prepaid return label when the seller is responsible for return costs when items are not of a satisfactory quality nor fit for purpose in line with the consumer rights act 2015, but once I appealed and requested formal complaint they upheld my complaint and issued my refund in full. I urge you all to pursue your issues as this company is making a fortune ripping people off. Complete scam company. Disgraceful. Original review 30.04.24- This company breaches Consumer Law. Advertises as a UK website but is in fact china. I have emailed a complaint and it is not being taken seriously. The company seems to think it does not have to comply with law. Terrible dresses. Sizing is completely off. Dress far too heavy for the straps. Terrible material. Dresses not fit for purpose. Misleading website information. Awful. Stay away from this company.
