Shipped late with slow er alternative than agreed
They said they would ship withing two days it took two weeks and choose a slower shipping alternative. Needless to say the item didn´t arrive on time for the event. Update after response from Newfrog see below: I contacted their customer service before even posting here. I could send it back but I had to pay to send it back!!! This is not a return it´s a complaint as they didn´t deliver as promised, they should take responsibility for not living up to their promise. See their answer here... well they did nothing. this response was only to make them look better on Trustpilot.
