So many issues, poor quality, prompt shipping.
I ordered a 93in tripod from their website, got it within 15 days, so true to shipping time. Now, there are a few things I like to point out for the reason of just 2 Stars. -They just put the tripod in a thin plastic bag and shipped it that way, all 8 corners got dents badly, thankful for the bag holding the tripod. The bag was torn all over. -Then no customer service. I saw they have the same item on Amazon and wonder if I can order on there to get it faster. No respond from them, ever. So at least answer when contacted. -Finally, the quality, for $129 tripod the edges of certain parts still rough. If you are not careful, you can cut yourself on those raw edges, not filed down. -Kind of flimsy. I am using this for my OMD - EM5, first version so it's quite small and light dslr. Even so, it still tilt over. So you will need to add weight on the extender plus the weighting hook. So I am happy with the shipping time, but basically there are many issues with my order. Not worth the price to be honest. They do have a good amount of items I am interested in, however I am not 100% if I order from them again. Also, double check their return policy, always use your CC.
