Solar watch repair.
Took my solar watch back to F.Hinds where I had it from.It stopped working so they sent it away to their repair place.After a few days in their opinion it needed a full service and a new battery(Capacitor)The cost was over £200.The watch cost £145 brand new.I decided not to use this service.I was told about a watch & clock repairer based in Queen St Wolverhampton.He opened my watch and said whoever took it apart didn't do a good job.He said he would have a good look at it and tell me what it needed and the cost.After a few days I phoned him and he said it needed a new capacitor.The cost was going to be £40 including fitting.It didn't need a service as was told by F Hinds repairers.My review isn't aimed at F Hinds but the repair place where they sent it.If you don't want get ripped off I would recommend the gentleman in Queen St Wolverhampton.Give this business 10 out of 10.
