15 days later and still getting no support. They do not take returns and sell defects. 4 or 5 star rating are a joke

Product did arrive but is malfunctioning and to expensive to ship back. Just a big runaround with customer care. Wish I would have done my research. Newfrog has a very poor rating.298.95$ down the drain. Do not purchase from this company
