First time using this airline
First time using this airline to fly to Japan. The flight was on time and no issues during the flight. But the service is poor, not enough information on their website and the app is not clear. We were not aware that we needed to proof that we live in the UK if you don't have a British passport. We have settled status, and been living in the UK for over 10 years. We didn't have to show anything when we entered Japan, but on the way back to the UK, they were asking loads of questions and to show them documents and proof that we live in the UK. They should mention this on their website, or add an online check in so you could provide all the relevant details. There's also not enough information on adding extra bags if needed, they didn't even know at the airport when we asked as I believe they don't have ground staff on the check in desks. At least here in Manchester airport. The food was also very poor, not great quality and they weren't offering enough snacks for such a long flight. I understand that the price is cheaper so this will be reflect on the service too. Still a few things to improve.
