Being able to talk to a live person made it possible for me to load eSIM on my phone. The “live chat” was too slow to be helpful and some incorrect information was provided (IMO). I think the written instructions on the website need a thorough revision for clarity. I bet it would improve your bottom line by encouraging more people to sign up.
