Their "100% refund guarantee" is a scam
Their "100% refund guarantee" is a scam. You pay extra for it, then they don't honor when you have a claim. In the small print it says you need to prove you made another booking in place of the old one. I even did that. Only got an automated email saying "refund rejected". No explanation why. update: after complaining I did get a "refund". But it is NOT an actual refund. It is a credit note that can be used for future bookings. Don't call it a refund if you don't actually refund the money! A little more honesty will go a long way to improve your credibility...
