Only 3 stars instead of 5 stars because: Great service that FairShake provides but they make you pay their commission BEFORE you receive your settlement. FairShake should take their commission out of the settlement and not make us pay in advance. Also - FairShake could make accessing, filling out and uploading the W-9 form easier. I could not access or fill it out on my phone and had to complete using a computer. It was also a cumbersome process that could have been easier to complete with a little effort by the webpage guys at FairShake.
