Horrible customer service. Ordered 5 bowl game / conference championship items and only 1 arrived - the other 4 were sent back as USPS does not deliver in my area (packages all sent via FedEx smart post). I tried to get connected to online chat for hours and called multiple times only to be disconnected and redirected to the online chat. I tried again 6 hours later and was connected to online chat with a very rude person who disconnected the chat after being extremely rude / asking me if I can read, etc. she kept telling me I have the wrong address and I do not. I know my address and in fact one package was delivered here. I tried back with 4 different chat representatives over the next 2 hours and no luck (another one was also rude and disconnected the chat). Long story short... i have to wait 10 day’s for items to be refunded and I can order again but no promise that FedEx or UPS will be the carrier and can actually deliver my items. I will never order from them again. Ever.
