I’m giving 1 star because you can’t give less. I purchased an eyelash heated curler that didn’t work and they wanted me to send them a video, which I did then then asked for more details. After 2 weeks of back and forth I just gave up, threw it out and will never shop with them again. Worst customer service I have ever had in a company. The product wasn’t worth all the hassle they put you through. They shouldn’t be selling faulty products so be aware.
