Happy client
I've been a client for many years and everything has been perfect. Their software (the one I use is Waltr 2) really helps me organise my videos on my iPad, and every now and then I change computer and need to move my license, which means I need to email them to ask them for help, and they always respond immediately (the last time this happened was yesterday).
