I paid for a product with an additional premium feature to proof the design before it went to production. I received no emails from the service about the confirmation of my order - I emailed them that same day stating I dind't receive confirmation of my order and purchase number, etc. they then responded by email reassuring me that they had my order. I then received no update about my proof of design, when I contacted them again and went to "track order" I found that they had just approved the order on my behalf. Customer service has not been helpful, they can't even get my name correct associated with my order, they have refused to make corrections to the order and are telling me that I have to pay additional money if I want to update the design, despite the fact that I was never allowed to review the first design I paid for.
