Poor functionality. Refused Refund
Denoise feature is not as effective as it should be and there is no way of adjusting the intensity, as there was on the trial version. Smoothing and upscaling caused the video to darken with no obvious improvement. Having paid for a full perpetual licence, I was then invited to pay a further $127 per year for maintenance and upgrades. I asked for refund but it was refused so I am now seeking a refund via my credit card company.
