Sent me a cheap knock off product
I ordered a pair of used Samsung Galaxy buds pro. What turned up is a cheap Chinese knock off copy that is very poor quality. I am reporting to trading standards. UPDATE Received a phone call asking me to remove the review and they will refund my purchase, blaming suppliers. Was told they will be sending a prepaid envelope to send back. Still waiting for that to turn up.
