My parcel still not arrived yet since 22/12. Called to the customer twice dy. and the answer is parcel still stuck in sorting facilities. So I asked when it can arrange to fly? She said don’t know. Hopefully this week. And the details still remain at 22/12/2020. Even my other parcels later order from KL also arrived earlier than yours.
