Ordered - Shirts not delivered
I ordered a shirt from this seller but never received it. The delivery company claims it was “delivered”, but it never arrived at my address. Under Dutch consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring the product actually reaches the buyer. Ineeded the shirts before my vacation (this weekend). Instead of issuing a refund, they told me they couldn’t claim from the courier and offered only to resend the shirt. This isn’t acceptable — my contract is with the seller, not their delivery company. Refusing a refund when the order was never received is poor customer service and ignores basic consumer rights. I would not recommend buying from this shop unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if a package goes missing. Edit: After pointing the seller to Dutch Consumer Law and EU Consumer Law, the refund was handled within minutes.
