I ordered some lights and paid over £200..I then read the reviews which did worry me immensely. I should have read these reviews first. Sometimes people write only the bad reviews.. well .... There was no need for the worry! I had an email 2 days after ordering from customer services, advising me that my lights were not in stock.. They apologised profusely. Beautiful Hali asked if I would like to wait and get 5% back or have a full refund? I choose to wait and true enough they sent me 5% back within 24 hours. 2 days later I changed my mind.. I emailed beautiful halo, I didn’t want to wait 8 more weeks. They replied within 2 hours and a full refund was given. Which I received 3 days later. The other lights are on its way, although still waiting.. it’s only been 10 days from ordering.. I will write a review on them. Excellent service, better than all other services I have ever used. Really impressed Thank you
