Slow delivery, high transaction fees. STAY AWAY
Dealing with slow sellers is a nightmare on this site, everything says ten minute delivery service but it is not even close. If the seller is away, and they don't respond to your order at all you can cancel, but you still have to pay all the transaction fees which are about 25% of your order or something like that total(maybe lower or higher 25% is an estimate). Regardless, if you get unlucky and have a lazy seller you are completely on your own to try to get them to deliver in any sort of a timely manner. Sellers are usually rude and want you to work completely on their schedule, any delay or slowdown on your part will make your seller huff and puff and be rude. I don't know how g2g tolerates how sellers behave on their platform, as a customer you would expect to at least receive customer service and delivery service that doesn't make you feel like you're a bad peron. Overall, unless you want to sit around all day waiting for your stuff, their low prices arent even worth it. There's another site I know that delivers in the time window or communicates to you what's going on and about how long it will take, every delivery person I've encountered on that site has been wonderful, friendly, grateful, helpful and patient, and even through a language barrier have good communication. The people who sell/deliver on g2g are the opposite, every one I've dealt with has been a negative experience.Even though their prices, are a touch lower than competitors, it is not worth the bad customer service, long wait, and having to pay all the transaction fees so G2G still gets 100% of their piece of the pie even if you cancel. Will never use G2G again.
