Goofy style and quality information
Endmyopia pointed the way to the science so I could easily educate myself about how my eyes work and then take charge of what I wanted to do about it. It takes some figuring to find what I need on the blog, but the info is all there free so I don't mind that. Jake's style is goofy, but hey, it's free and good quality information so that's fine. It's not a miracle cure of course but it is working for me so long as I pay attention and do the steps to slowly and steadily correct my vision (which basically is just minor behavior changes to do what my eyes need so they can recover). I'm not even doing as much as I could, and I'm still seeing improvement. It's rewarding and empowering for me to be able to gradually correct a problem that the "experts" told me was permanent and irrevocable.
