Picked the most affordable travel insurance, saving $30-$40 comparing to other agencies. Unfortunately, really gotten flight delay this time. Submitted all required forms & documents, after 3 weeks yet still waiting from them to confirm my claim but with no responses. Other insurance companies I claimed before were immediately issue of claim funds on the very next day. Luckily it's just a small claim to understand how this company function on their claims. Guess paying peanuts getting monkey is true. Edit: I have finally received the payout after waiting for 4 weeks. Guess I'm a little too impatient, and Directasia deserve a better rating. They just need to increase their staff headcount.
