Extremely poor return policy. Be aware that if you want to return a product (EU store) it will at least cost you €50. Because you have to pay the return shipping costs (to Germany). They subtract a fee and additional fee for shipping costs (while you already paid for it in the first place) So they give you less than you paid for the product. In my case I ordered a used Boox Note 3c through the Boox EU store. I paid €528. I got refunded €490. And I had to pay the return shipping costs of around €20. So trying a Boox device has cost me €60. Last time I ordered a Boox device.
