Almost a 5 but 1 BIG flaw
It is a mostly 5 scenario but the 4 comes into play only because the last few batches of tea bags I bought are difficult to open. When you tear it open the edge of the tea bag is sealed in the package so it tears open. Then it is wasted. Very frustrating & very wasteful especially since the cost of buying buddha should easily cover better quality control on the packaging
