It's been six months and still waiting for our refund
We bought four tickets from them, Turkish airline canceled the trip because of Covid-19 approved the refund immediately to be released with 48 hrs. But the Explore Trip company to start a refund process told us that we have to pay a certain fee per ticket, so we paid 3 to 4 hundred which is illegal to take excuse of Covid-19 to charge people extra money, six months later and after calling & emailing them almost every two weeks still no refund. The Turkish Airline & US Dept of state informed us the refund can be done with a few business days, But this company are sooooo bad, it is fraud to keep the refund months after was approved by the airlines, we needs the US government to investigate their business because this is illegal, & humiliation for their customers. All costumers are victims of their abuse, please come together to file a class action against this company. They are just very horrible.
