Product not quite TERRIBLE, but service is
I ordered the spray away hair removal product from them. I left a review on their website, though I doubt it'll post. Here is what I said in it- "Know what you are buying. Read the disclaimers and the policies. It is an aerosol like the picture shows, not a spray like the video. It was difficult to spray on and not get elsewhere as it was a very powerful aerosol. It worked ok on my legs. Felt smooth where the hair actually came off, and it didn't burn like some creams have done to me. Just felt warm while it was on. When I tried it on my armpits, it didn't even stay on because it was too liquidy. So it had no effect. I decided it wasn't worth the money I paid. Thought their money back guarantee would apply. When I emailed them, the reply was simply with two options (and no apology for being unhappy with their product). The two options were to return it UNUSED or get 50% back. So the guarantee only applies to unused product. Don't know how they can guarantee anything if you can't even try it before you return it. Also worth mentioning is that it took over a month to get to me." I also forgot to mention that the product looked like the label had been through Google translate or something. The directions didn't make sense and were contradicting. From this and a couple other Facebook Ad purchases, I have finally learned just never to purchase from Facebook ads lol.
