Bad customer service, communication and worst turnaround and shipping time ever.
I placed my order with them on Nov-05. After 4 days I didn't see any update on my order so I contacted them. They stated what I bought could take a week to ship from the date of purchase, which if I would have known I wouldn't have bought from them. I replied that I was not aware of this turnaround time/delay and wished to cancel the order. Magically, I received an email with tracking later that same day, followed by another email saying I could no longer cancel because it shipped and I need to keep the products. However, IT TOOK ANOTHER 7 DAYS before it was actually picked-up, so I am assuming I am left to believe they lied about it shipping to save from having to cancel my order as requested (I work with a shipping/receiving department and know how it works. I can scan a package into the system to produce tracking, but it doesn't mean I moved it physically out the door). At that point it had been 12 days before it appeared my package was moving (MORE than a WEEK). Also do note that my order had free shipping, but I upgraded in hopes it would move quicker (which clearly it is not). It took another 11 days before the status said that my order was in the destination country (23 days after placing order). The confusing thing is that it says it was supposed to go to Los Angeles, but instead was in "Elizabeth, US" and "Greenwood, US". I don't know what Elizabeth is and the only Greenwood I know of is in South Carolina. They don't provide States. And now as of today, Dec-02, the status is that it has been in Greenwood (SC?) for 3 days without movement or saying it has departed (just that it arrived there). I still have no idea when this is coming, but most I've ever waited for something out of China is 2 weeks, not a month. This is the absolute longest I've had to wait for something from China and the first time with crappy tracking information. And I paid extra for quicker service! I ended up placing the same order stateside for what ended up being the same price and got it within 3 days. Never again will I buy from this company and I will be telling all of my friends. It didn't save me any money, it is clear they lied to save from canceling my order, and I'm waiting 30 days for something that can take 3 stateside and for what? For nothing. If what I ordered would have been cheaper I wouldn't be complaining, but it wasn't, and I still had to buy the same elsewhere anyway.
