1. customer servive : bad service overall , hard to get answers fast, after 2-3 days we learn product said to be available in stock within 2-3 days are in back order for 2-3 weeks, when missing goods and we hask for refund they refuse to refund money so that we need order again, 2. product quality : case quality is bad , glass quality bad also , avoid order charger or cable or electronic device since none have CE or ROHS or FCC certificate and will burn and damage all . 3. Prices : difficult to get discount or good price if order 1 10 or 100 pcs price will similar 4. packagin and delivery : production are shipped in refurbushed carton poor protection 1 layer , goods are shipping without bar code on all product or reference or text describing for wichi model it is most of time , many delivery we got had broken product they refuse to refund even with phot said you have to return goods . overall i would not recommend tvc mall since the product they offer most of time is made of bad quality materials.
