If there was a negative score I would have given that. Absolutely useless customer support. I sent an email for cancellation on the 30th Of August 2025 and they did not cancel my subscription and they charged me the price again for the year 2026. When asked about it, they mentioned the email cancellation sent is not valid. Very disappointed with the level of support from the customer support team. I've not accessed the platform in the entire year and they charged me for this year as well. Stay away from these types of companies which are not bothered about the customer support and the service they offer to its clients.
