SHIPPING SUCKS!!! It's slow as maple syrup in the winter, one purchase took a MONTH before they even shipped it out.Get a prize for good reviews? I'm taking my business to Tomtop and Banggood. They ship in a reasonable time.I placed an order Nov 3,2018...STILL WAITING FOR IT!!! No thanks Newfrog, I had high hopes for you. I can't depend on your services, at any price. UPDATE!!! it took FORTY-FIVE days for the package to arrive. It did,in a BAG. The device (a T7 micro computer) came equipped with a BOOTLEG version of Windows-10 that I can not register, AND they shipped it with a European power supply to the USA.NewFrog has blocked me on Facebook and promised some refund..but now I get zero communications from them. This could be you! Rating upgraded from 2 stars to 1 star...... Well it's Jan 29 2019...close to THREE MONTHS and NewFrog/DeadFrog (also known as Chinatera) has done nothing, ignored me as well as Paypal!!! They simply DO NOT CARE. Paypal told me they have filed a formal complaint against this company, and while they could not comment on them...it appears they a lot of complaints and could lose their ability to use Paypal!!! I got a full refund from Paypal. I would not do business with NewFrog if you held a gun to my head........
