They lure you in with non-existent discounts
Dishonest about their offer to give you $21 off if you write a review. They offer you $10 off right away if you promise to write a review, and another $21 after you actually write it. I wrote a review on their site after receiving the product, but never got the promised discount. Now SIX MONTHS after I first contacted them asking about it, they say that it's for Google/Trustpilot reviews, not a review on their website. However that isn't clear at all from the site, plus even their own clueless employees aren't aware of this at all! For six months I was told that "someone would check on it", "sorry your email went to our spam folder", or "please write a testimonial, not review" complete with link to their WEBSITE to write a testimonial. Their product is ok (not great but acceptable considering the price) but the way they handled a simple query of "Hi, I was wondering about the $21 off since I haven't received it despite writing a review" is absolutely ridiculous and should make anyone hesitate about dealing with them. They apparently don't even know their own policy about the discount, or try to confuse you by giving you contradictory information. And apparently it's not even a real discount but a coupon for FUTURE purchases! Imagine how they'll handle a real problem if they can't even be honest and deal with a simple issue of fulfilling an offer they extended. All this does is leave a sour taste in my mouth, and to tell everyone I know to stay away from this dishonest place. Luckily all I ordered were stickers for internal use; imagine if they screwed up the marketing decals for some huge event. If they cannot be honest with small things, it's impossible to trust them for anything significant.
