My experience with Taobao Age has been amazing. The staffs that were part of my transactions were all very capable, friendly, and responds very regularly, keeping updates on everything. This is also my very first time using a shipping agent to help me with international shipping so there were some difficulties, but the staffs helped guide me through the steps which was a huge help!
