A 5Star review for CARLOS , Trust and Safety team
I’d like to write a review for an amazing and professional Customer Support Agent, CARLOS, who works under the Thumbtack Trust and Safety Team. I had a great experience from start to finish . I hired a “pro” to help me and paid him the fee he required to get the job done . After 30 days, no update, no details , no response from the pro I hired . Thank God, Carlos happened to be assigned to my case as I asked for my refund , since no work was done . He walked me to the process , above and beyond willing to put himself in my shoes . Please give this guy a BIG RAISE ! It’s seldom you find nowadays a “ Carlos” Who’s not helping but cared to hear your concerns ! He is a gem!
