7days Performance

I want to share something that I find…

I want to share something that I find very strange and that, so far, the company has not been able to explain to me. On the 28th, I purchased entries for the blue Volkswagen Golf competition. The money WAS taken from my bank account, but I never received any email confirming my entries or showing the ticket numbers that were supposedly allocated to me. The draw has already taken place, and to this day I still have no idea what my ticket numbers were. I have checked my email, my account, my dashboard and my previous competitions/entries, and this purchase simply DOES NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE. What makes this even stranger is what happened next. To check how their system works, I have just purchased another ticket for a new competition. This time, I immediately received an email confirming my purchase, showing the relevant information and explaining that I can view my entries on my dashboard for 30 days. I checked my dashboard and, sure enough, this new purchase appears there perfectly. So my question is very simple: why does my purchase for the blue Golf competition on the 28th, which I WAS charged for, not appear anywhere? I have no ticket, no ticket numbers, no confirmation email, and nothing showing in my previous entries. The draw has supposedly already taken place and a winning number was announced, but how am I supposed to know whether that number was mine or not when I was never provided with my ticket numbers? I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but I find this situation extremely strange and, most importantly, it raises serious concerns for me about transparency and trust. I have already emailed the company asking for an explanation and, so far, I have not received a response. If I was charged for my entries, the company should be able to provide evidence of exactly which ticket numbers were allocated to me and confirm that those numbers were actually included in the draw on the 28th. I would appreciate a clear explanation.
