There’s a reason they have so many 1-star reviews. I booked a flight through Airpaz, paid, and received a confirmation saying the booking had gone through. Then, about 30 minutes later, I got an email saying there was a card-verification issue and that my order had been cancelled. When I contacted them on live chat, they claimed there had been a “change” with my flight so it was no longer available, and that they would issue me a voucher. This wasn’t true. When I asked when the voucher would be sent, they just said “soon.” Why are the email and live chat telling me completely different things? The next day, their AI chatbot told me the voucher had already been sent (it hadn’t, I checked my inbox and spam). It then tried to connect me to a live agent, but after waiting over an hour, no one replied. I even tried calling them twice and still got no response. A genuinely awful experience.
