Item ordered over a month ago & still not received
Ordered an item that said it was in stock on Nov 4th...almost two weeks later I hadn’t received the item so I contacted them to be told it was not in stock and they would ship as soon as it was...it was shipped a couple days later had an expected delivery date of the 26th then still never showed up and tracking showed pending delivery..I again contacted them to be told they have to give item 10-18 business days then was told by the 30th of Dec wich is way over the 18 days when asked about that was sent some generic message not answering my questions at all then yesterday would have been the 18th day after shipping that I STILL didn’t receive the item I again contacted them only to get yet another generic response..this item was ordered for an event that will be in less than a week now and they will not refund or send a replacement I even paid for the shipping insurance in case something like this happened and they still aren’t helping....do yourself a favor and order from some other company one that actually cares about doing the right thing for its customers. I will NEVER order from them again Update....they contacted me and finally issued a refund
