I was offered free shipping and didn’t receive it. I emailed requesting a refund for that amount and no reply. The product was as ordered and arrived in good condition. I would have purchased without the free shipping, but am not favorable to false offers. I consider this a closed issue and only filled this out after multiple requests. Please remove me from further emails and catalogs. Thanks
