Could improve communication
I've ordered a phone on pre-sale, supposed to ship a month after the order, I received it two months and a half after the order. The communication could be better, mainly their website states HK stock but not clear when they will ship, lead time proved to be innacurate. Up until the day I received the phone website shows my order status as "preparing". Had some issues but eventually received the phone.
