Best go elsewhere
While the foldup Bluetooth keyboard looked lovely on the 8th December 2025, here I am, on the 9th January 2026, still waiting for it to arrive. It was suppose to be a Christmas present. It said Shipping method: Expedite Shipping: 3-5 Business Days. Tracking shows it as: Wanb Express 2025-12-18 17:49 Your parcel is at the delivery depot and we'll let you know when it's out for delivery. I have emailed them but have yet to receive a reply. I'll give it another week or so and then I'll be making a claim for a refund with my Credit Card company. From previous experience, as long as you have a paper trail, that is usually the easiest way to get a refund. No faffing around with a company. And the icing on the cake, I have today received an email saying, We fulfilled your order from our store Nillkin Official 30 days ago and would love to get your feedback. I dare give one! My thoughts in writing would be redacted.
