Do not order from this company
I placed an order (#30050058) on December 7, 2018. I selected standard shipping like I always do. I kept checking the status of my order and it kept showing "processing". They processed the charge through my bank already plus they charged more than what my grand total was on the confirmation email. Any online order I have ever made they always charge when they ship the item. Not several days before and NEVER more than what is on the confirmation. I contacted them about the charge and they said that I needed to contact my bank. My bank tells me that they processed what MiniInTheBox charged. Next, the estimated shipping date wasn't until December 17, 2018. Monday, December 17 I checked the system for the shipping status and it had been changed to December 19, 2018. I then went to cancel my order. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift and with standard shipping it would never arrive in time for Christmas. This morning (December 18th) I received a reply that the order had already been shipped so they are unable to cancel my order. I think not!!! They provided a tracking number and when I checked the system on the tracking number, it does not recognize it. Don't order from this company. They over charge your credit card, give you the run around, and don't want to give refunds. The worst ordering experience I've ever had.
