I am a resident of the UK, a country that is not on Hodlnaut's list of restricted countries, and yet he maintains I cannot sign up for Hodlnaut for reasons he would not mention, despite having provided the same ID documents (a UK residency card and driving licence) accepted by a plethora of other crypto platforms. Edit: No, Andrew has not done his best to maintain an open line of communication. When asked for instance if my partner who is a British national can instead sign up for Hodlnaut, he simply ignored my email and did not answer the question. Your subreddit moderator on the other hand demonstrated great communication skills; they reached out by chat, answered my questions promptly as best as they could.
