Happy customer
Had a problem with a new vape kit I purchased from Rock Bottom Vapes and they took care of me right away. To be honest, I think the problem may have been operator error, not vape problem. Regardless, they sent me a shipping label and swapped me out for a new one. Quick turn around also. I'm pretty thrifty and Rock Bottom Vapes beat any price i could find on the kit I was looking at and coils are cheap too. Will continue using them for all my vape needs without shopping around first.
