This is a very sincere, genuine and honest review. I bought an outfit from them which looked very good and stunning but unfortunately it was not flattery on me. I decided to return it for a refund, that was where the nightmare started. They made the return process very hard and started offering me all sorts of alternatives after I have repeatedly said I want a full refund. They refused to send the address to which the outfit would be sent until I went to give a negative review. I met all the conditions for the return, they got the outfit back. I paid extra to have them sign for it because I couldn't trust them anymore. They collected the dress and for the next 20 days they did not acknowledge the receipt of the dress. I got fed up with them and contacted PayPal for my refund and they gave me a temporary refund pending their investigation. They found out I was right and made the refund permanent. After that Sunfere now sent an email that they have refunded my money which was not entirely correct. PayPal refunded my money not Sunfere. Please avoid business with this company.
