Man this was the craziest thing ever…
Man this was the craziest thing ever happened in gardening LOL I ordered a 4x4 kit TSW 2000 controller everything well it took 3 weeks to get here I was mad as hell looking to blame somebody haha well the package got here and it looked like it been through a war zone my light was broke my tent was wet I was mad as hell I sent emails to not get no responses back which made me even more mad but it all came down to being FedEx's fault for being too rough with packages and the email server because it wouldn't allow them to send an email back to me and they tried trust me they screenshot it and sent a picture showing me their screen of all the emails they tried to send to me that didn't come long story short is they made it right and I'm the a$*h**e that was rude but now they went beyond any other company to satisfy me they went beyond any other company to make things right to make sure I was happy they sent me a replacement tent free of charge jumped FedEx's ass over my package and I recommend using seel (package less than $10) the checkout because that is another company like Mars Hydro that is fan freaking tastic it took over a month to get everything took care of and to get my replacement but in that month's time seal gave me back my money and Mars Hydro sent out a replacement for the one I had to throw away I did take a soldering gun and fix the light and got on Marketplace and bought me a used tent to put the light in so now we'll find out if I fixed it or not but all in all products are 10 out of 10 customer service is a 20 out of 10 I recommend this product with everything in me they are my favorite company and I'm not just saying that between Mars hydro and AC Infinity that's your babies when you choose your tent setups y'all have a blessed day and stay gardening spider farmer and Vevo sun is also good companies but Mars Hydro is my favorite by far and not just because they help me it's because of how good their customer service really is they put up with someone like me and I'm straight up a prick y'all have a blessed day I'll talk too much
