Discount not accepted on website Really frustrating as I have also messaged them twice and not received a response. Poor customer service. Update: after leaving a review here, an agent responded back on the same day. Apparently, the introductory discount is turned off when they have other promotions running. This should be more transparent to prevent customer frustration.
