Update so after this review they contacted me. They send me a replacement but it still took a bit long to receive. After receiving it I noticed that the quality of their clothing is just not good. I’m just donating both of them. I think they did a better for contacting me but I still think the quality is poor. Took forever to receive even though I paid expedited shipping. The item was too big so I attempted to start the process of a return. It didn’t work as their website has you start a ticket but it doesn’t let me enter the information. What a waste. Just keep your money
