7 EMAILS LATER I AM STILL TRYING TO JUST COMPLETE AND EXCHANGE. I followed their instructions. I ordered per their size and measurements, 7 shirts ordered, 2 fit perfect 4 were a little to small and 1 was just all wrong in sizing. I just want to exchange them and they give you a small window of time to do this. I can't get anyone to help me with this. I get told i have to pay for shipping on something that is not my fault. T18122502289 is my ticket number and I keep telling you all i want to is to exchange them but I can't get anyone to send me the label. I followed your rules why won't you do your part? UPDATE, When you get a person they are really nice and seem helpful, it is just getting to that person. I truly love the clothes, and the 2 items that did fit are beautiful and I am hopeful when the exchange is completed that I will be just as happy. Thank you for helping me to get the items exchanged and this situation taken care of.
