In my previous booking there were a mistake issuing my tickets, wrong departure date, made by cheaptickets. When aknologing this, I was not able to contact cheaptickets offices in Hong Kong, and took hours until I could reach offices in other countries, namely Egippt and Denmark. Only then my departure date was back as it should but since there was another airline for connecting flight that was not able to change the date, I had to spend one night in London with a young child, with all inerente expenses for that stay. Have not received any email or contact regarding this situation, don't know if there's a process being followed, as assured by phone. Hope to her from you soon regarding this issue.
