Mavic Air Purchased
Before my Mavic Air arrived, I looked through these reviews, and = I was totally prepared to be let down, disappointed, and frustrated with DJI. That was not the case! The refurbished product works like a dream, and they had fedex give constant whereabouts of my shipment. The reason that it's not five stars, is that the FEDEX truck said that they'd have it for Thursday, but didn't show up until Monday, because DJI sent the shipping label and the box at separate times. But I'm not one to be picky and dumb, so this was not a big inconvenience. I still have yet to need to speak with their infamous customer service, but up until now, I'm very happy with what DJI has provided. UPDATE 1- Needed to use DJI Repair and Service. Was not perfect (lengthy process), but I'm still happy with my purchase.
